At Rat Betty, we want you to love your haul, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
